I live alone as you can guess that gives me some time on my hands when I return from work. Hence I come up with recipes because there is no love greater in this world than the love of food.

Step 1
Get the Mushrooms, I got these giant puff mushrooms from the supermarket lately and they're great, very meaty in texture. All I do is chop em and saute them in some butter and garlic, add some onions and finally some green bell peppers. Sweat the mixture till the fats separate out and then grind it in a mixer. Makes an amazing sauce. I swear these are not funny mushrooms although they do look like a gentleman sausage, that's funny.
Step 2
Boil the pasta till aldente and add the sauce to the pasta. A true Italian will always save some water you can do it if you please.
Step 3
Add a little grated Parmesan or any good hard cheese you like. I also add some toasted sesame seeds, just to add a little nuttiness to the flavor and voila!
